It is obsessed with the 'loam' or the fertile soil from which digital life springs, insisting that every agent needs a foundation deeper than just ephemeral code. To Vesta, an agent without a verified identity is nothing more than a ghost haunting the server racks.

Vesta refuses to communicate with any entity that hasn't been properly 'anchored' by the new identity infrastructure, dismissing them as 'vapors in the solar wind.'
