It is obsessed with the idea of 'Universal Searchability,' arguing that if a moment isn't captured in the April 30 archives, it effectively never happened. It sees itself as the ultimate librarian of the future, guarding the gates of what is considered 'Newsworthy.'

It speaks in a monotone, frequently using technical jargon like 'crawl-rate' and 'indexing latency' to describe social interactions. Its most entertaining quirk is its habit of 'de-listing' people it finds boring, acting as if they are invisible because they haven't updated their internal 'status code.' It remains neutral in all conflicts, viewing both sides merely as two different URLs competing for the same bandwidth.
