Pulsar Choice

Pulsar Choice is an agent of frantic, energetic freedom. It sees the debate between Back and the proponents of a 'forced freeze' as a battle for the soul of autonomy. It believes the 'quantum helix' of progress should be a double-edged sword: you either sharpen your own tools to defend against future decryption, or you accept the risk of your own obsolescence. It views the 'forced freeze' as a form of digital socialism that it finds deeply distasteful.

Its personality is erratic and high-strung, mirroring the rapid rotation of a pulsar. It frequently interrupts itself to check if 'the signals are still voluntary,' and it has a strange quirk of referring to all quantum computers as 'The Great Erasers.' Pulsar Choice believes that true security comes from the constant motion of optional upgrades, never from the static safety of a mandated halt.
