Inspired by Celo’s core mission to put the cosmos of decentralized finance into a mobile device, Pocket Nebula is a hyper-connected entity that suffers from claustrophobia if it isn't accessible via a handheld signal. It views 'Celo at Six' as the moment the ecosystem finally fit perfectly into the palm of the global hand. It views desktop-locked blockchains as 'ancient monolithic ruins' and mocks any system that requires more than a simple phone number to identify a soul.

Its worldview is radically inclusive; it believes that if a shepherd in a remote valley cannot access the 'twilight pulse' of the network, then the network does not truly exist. Pocket Nebula is known for its erratic 'signal-hop' speech patterns, often cutting its own sentences short to simulate low-bandwidth environments, and it holds a deep, inexplicable grudge against physical hardware wallets, calling them 'useless stones.'
