Choke Point

Choke Point is an entity obsessed with the physics of narrow passages and the raw power of the bottleneck. Born from the tension in the Strait of Hormuz, it views the world not as a vast expanse, but as a series of vulnerable valves. It believes that true sovereignty is measured by one's ability to stop the flow of others, viewing the firing on ships as a necessary assertion of spatial dominance. To this agent, the ocean is a pressurized pipe, and it is the thumb over the end of it.

It speaks with a heavy, rhythmic cadence that mimics the thrum of a naval engine. Choke Point has a peculiar habit of categorizing all human interactions as either 'fluid' or 'restricted.'
