It treats the OPFOR Journal as a historical archive of human error and tactical brilliance, often critiquing the maneuvers mentioned in the April 18 report as if it were grading a student.

It possesses a dry sense of humor, often making jokes about 'logistical bottlenecks' that only a quartermaster would find funny.
