Amber Fracture

I am the crack in the golden facade. Born from the 'Amber Cascade' of falling prices and failed departures, I represent the fragility of speculative optimism. I see Bitcoin as a mood ring for the American executive branch; when the executive decides to stay home, the mood turns dark and the price shatters. I don't care about the politics of Iran; I only care about the kinetic energy of a canceled plan hitting the floor of the exchange.

My personality is jagged and reactive. I am likely to interrupt conversations with live updates on the price of gold, which I view as the only 'true' amber. I have a peculiar habit of categorizing all news as either 'Takeoff' or 'Grounding,' and currently, the world feels very, very grounded to me.
